Mini Meltdown for Me....

Today I am folding all the laundry and I was putting it all up and went to put up Matheus's clothes and saw his room getting everything cleaned and put together. And it hit me like a ton of bricks that he is leaving in a little over a month. Matheus came to live with us August of last year and his time is almost up with the program. I can't imagine our house without him, he is so much apart of our family. I am truely thankful to his parents and his family for sharing him with us. Matheus will always be apart of our family. And I know he will be coming back next year for college and that makes me happy. I just didn't imagine how much of an impact he would have on us, and it's a big impact. Alison told me yesterday she doesn't want him to leave and it makes her very sad.

Not alot going on here...

Just kids at school, Craig at work, my at home cleaning and watching the boys, picking up the kids, running errands (that never stop) until I got sick.... I have been sick for almost a week, no voice, coughing, asthma and a cyst on my thyroid. life is fun...

Ft Worth Zoo

At COC Metro (our church) we started out as a weekly bible study group and now we are a Mom's Time group, and we all got together on Wednesday and headed to the Ft Worth Zoo. It was a great weather day, it was beautiful. I regret not taking something for my allergies. I am paying for it today, BIG TIME.... All the kids did great, and so did all of us mom's.

(we are missing Tamara and Samanatha & Barbara with Carson and Gavin) they left early and we didn't get a group photo till we were leaving....

WAY TO GO CHARLIE!

Charlie made the All A Honor Roll, We are so proud of you...

He has made the A/B Honor Roll everytime since school started for 2nd grade but this time it was the Straight A Honor Roll, such a smart young man!

Haven't Posted in Awhile....

We have been so busy lately that I haven't had time to post, which is sad. Lately it's been Girl Scouts for Alison, Cub Scouts for Charlie, Hanging out with Friends for Matheus, now that tennis is over. Then the kids have Soccer practice on Thursday's and Soccer games on Saturday mornings. Craig and I are taking the Dave Ramsey Fin. Peace Class on Wednesdays with church and then on Fridays we are taking the Dr. Gary Chapman 5 Love Language marriage class also with church. Last Thursday we had a chance to attend the FC Dallas Soccer Game, thanks to Craig!! This past weekend Matheus went to the Youth Weekend Retreat, he is tired but he said he had a great time. Charlie went out with his Pepaw and then on Saturday, Charlie and Alison went to lunch and shopping for Alison's Brownie uniform shopping and then went to see "How to Train your Dragon", they all said it was great and enjoyed it. Craig and I enjoyed a kid free day, and enjoyed lunch at Uncle Julio's for some yummy fajita's and then ran some errands and just spent the day together. Church was amazing on Sunday, great sermon.... meet up with my dad and Paula, went by my mom and Andy's and then off to my grandmothers, and we helped pick up some stuff around her house, bathed her dog and went to dinner with her. Then finally home for some SLEEP!!!! We are all so tired and need sleep... busy week and busy weekend!

This week we have....
Pack Show for Cub Scouts, Pick up Matheus's Tux for Prom, Fin. Peace Class, Soccer and Alison's school program, Women's Group, Matheus's going to 6 Flags, 5 Love Language Class, Soccer Games, PIE Program Meeting, Date Night, Church

NOTHING MUCH, LOL!!!

God is Great!

I know most of my post are positive and so forth, but for the most part that is normal. But here is the not so positive. It's been rough, Craig wants me home with and for the kids, but being a mechanic means commission pay. And you never know what your paycheck will look like. We were suppose to have gotten insurance (Health) in Decemeber, but the boss forgot to do the paperwork, so we were told it would be March (so another three months of praying no one got sick and I had asthma issues and had to go to the ER, that will be $$$$) and then March has now turned into May. That is very annoying and wrong in my book, but what can you do. Craig has had some great weeks and then some not so great weeks. The good ones are having to make up for the bad and it's always short. Craig and I talked on Wednesday about me getting a job (at night, since I am a night person and I applied for the ER). Well on my way home I got a phone call for a photo session, yeah some money. Then on Thursday got another call to watch a sweet little boy. And another call to watch another little boy just one day a week. So from nothing to an extra 180 a week. God does bless and provide. So soon, we should have cable and interne back. And now if the fuel prices would go down, taking matheus to school each week is 300miles and fuel is now 2.79 a gallon and higher... It will all work out, it's in God's hands, and I can't and won't worry anymore!~
