Happy Halloween!!!

Today was Halloween and our 2nd Annual "Pumpkin Carving with the Wright Family" this year we went to their home. And again Tim's dad and stepmom (Warren and Chris) where there for the craziness! LOL :) So we head over with Hotdogs, Cupcakes, Costumes, and Pumpkins. The kids get their pumpkins and start carving away, while Craig made the hotdogs. There is alot of kids this year, 8 to be exact (Matheus, Sarah, Charlie and Alison (OURS) and Mark, Garrison, Megan and Logan (Theirs) plus Craig & I, Monette & Tim, so it was a busy and fun afternoon/evening and alot of laughs. The kids did a great job on doing their pumpkins (Sadly they didn't need alot of help, like in the past, they need to quit growing up so fast).. Sarah got Mark with Neon Green Hair Color, which inturn her got her back, except she had pink, purple and green hair color (looked really cute) I left to take Matheus to his friend Preston's birthday party and then afterwards he headed to a pass out candy with Lydia and the rest of the Key Club. Sarah went to pass out candy with Jacob and his family. Then it was time to take the little kids to go Trick or Treating. Alison was a punk chick, Charlie was Batman, Megan was a Bat, and Logan was a Devil. Garrison went to a halloween party a couple of houses down. And Tim and Craig stayed home and passed out candy and scared the kids... LOL.. It was funny to hear my husband jump out and scare someone, I think he had alot of fun...

Girls Night Out~

Well since Charlie and Craig are at the campout and my friend Erin's hubby and son are also camping, we got together and went to dinner. We went to Palio's in Frisco/Little Elm. It was yummy, great pizza. It was nice to get out with an adult and talk and enjoy some dinner on the patio. Great weather, and on the lawn was a band performing. It was just a great evening with the family..

Way to Go Charlie!!!

Charlie is at his Cubscout/Boyscout Campout & Raingutter Regata. Craig and Charlie have been working on his boat for the regatta. Craig called to let me know that out of the Wolf's he won 2nd place, that is GREAT NEWS!!! I am so proud of my guys on the boat and to my big boy for doing a great job.

Darn it!

Well sadly the Tennis team didn't beat Denton High, but they did when it comes to their sportsmanship. Denton's team had a boy lay on the ground cause he was mad, then we had one cuss cause he messed up, and then one that complained about everything and anything. WOW I think their school needs some anger management for their tennis team, pretty sad if you ask me..

Matheus & Matt won their doubles! Matheus lost his single, but it was a good and long match, Riley & Tyler lost their doubles, Tyler won his singles, Lydia won both her doubles and singles.

It was a good match and they worked hard, and they did it the right way....

My Sweet Little Nephew~

I can't belive how big my sweet little nephew is getting, Lucas is 3 1/2, wow times flies...

I so love this little boy, more than words can express.. He is my one and only nephew.. He is who made me an Aunt... I love being Aunt Jenna..

Charlie's 8th Birthday Party

Charlie's birthday (is the 25th) but he will be camping so we did his party this past Sunday, since he will be tired from Camping overnight and doing the raingutter regata. He had a great time and that is what matters. Charlie had some of his friends over plus Pepaw and Grammie & Unlce Gary and Aunt Jessica. It was a great time I just can't believe that almost 8yrs ago I finally became a mommy, and I have an amazing young man... I love my Charlie Brown/Bubba Lou Ba!

LifePoint Church Picnic & Pumpkin Patch~

Sunday after church we all got together for a family picnic and pumpkin painting & contest.. It was great to get together and hang out and visit with everyone. The kids all had a great time, there were 2 big bounce houses, games, football, volleyball, Nye's game (can't remember the name of it, but it's always a big hit). We are truely blessed to live in a neighborhood where were alot of us go to church together, a true community and I am very proud of my Savannah Family. It was nice cause everyone was invited not just those that attend the church, so there was a ton of people and to see and catch up on each others lives, and laugh and have a great time, was SO NICE!!!

Alison at Cheer~

Finally Matheus has eyes that we can see!! LOL

Matheus's hair has gotten so long since he arrived in August. So I finally got him to get his hair cut.. He actually got it cut shorter than I thought he would have. I think it looks great and WOW he does have eyes...

Fun weekend ahead (if we all feel better, Craig and I that is)..

Sarah went on a double date tonight, dinner and a movie.. She called to say the movie wasn't that good. So if you wanted to see "Stepdad" they said you saw it all in the previews..

Matheus said he wanted to stay home and chill. He has been funny all night long. I think getting a iPod Touch has made his day (Thanks Lilian, he loves it) he has some music from Brazil on it and has enjoyed that.

Charlie and Alison played with friends and then it was time to come in and have dinner and we watched some tv tonight all of us.. And now I am sitting here typing away and everyone is in bed asleep except for Matheus who is asleep on the couch.

Tommorrow, we have Alison's cheer game and then off to Bat World for Girl Scouts, Matheus is going out with some friends to see "Zombieland"

Sunday we have church, then our church's pumkin painting and picnic and then Charlie's birthday party.

Got to love the weekends with the family. And beautiful fall weather on top of that...

Sick Bug~

I think we all have been sick in this house and hopefully it is getting ready to leave and to leave us for good..

First we had Alison sick for a week with just a fever. Then the bug came to visit Sarah and she had the Swine/Flu (so they say but she was fine in 24hrs) and then Matheus had a upper resp./bronchitis and now it's Craig and I's turn with Sinus infections.. (so far Knock on wood, Charlie is fine)...

I am ready for us all to be well and ready to enjoy our weekends..

So here is to everyone getting well and staying well..

Sadly all of our friends are sick and their poor kidos as well, I hope the germs are heading out.

Go Raider Varsity Tennis!!!

Matheus was his tennis mathc today against Lake Dallas and the team won overall, 17-2 I am so proud of them all, WAY TO GO!!! So they are on the way to have dinner at a team and then I am off to pick up the boys (matheus, austin & tyler) and at 8 Matheus can talk to his mother.

Dairy Queen to the Rescue!

A Rainy Day, so why not surprise the kids and pick them all up from school and head to Dairy Queen for a treat. Nothing like sitting inside, having a treat and being able to talk, laugh and have a great time. We did this on Tuesdya (just now got around to posting the photos)... Matheus isn't in the photos he went out with some friends since their Tennis Match was cancelled.. But we had fun, Sarah, Charlie, Alison & I...

Some of life's lesson's are very hard~

I can't vent really anywhere but here so here I sit and write and sorta vent. We have an amazing new memeber to our family, but sadly having her come to live with us has put tension elsewhere, and it's not from her parents (cause they support her living with us and signed her over to us as guardians) but other people are mad. I can deal with people mad, don't like it but I can and will deal with it. I can't deal with the horrible things being said, not to me but about me and to her. I know without a doubt that she is in the best place right now, she is doing great in school, great in life and making the right choices and that truely is the bottom line. I also believe that it is God's will, and that things happen for a reason. It didn't happen the way any of us wanted at all, but there is nothing I can do about that now. I wish I could have a do over, at least for the part of how things went down.. In my heart I know that we won't all be friends or back to normal but I would love to at least not feel the tension in the room.

The one thing that is sad to me, is that they would rather go to Hell than to fogive me.. That is heartbreaking and sad and not for me but for them...

I hope and pray for them that wil change..
